Introduction MOVE
Mercy Organization for Viable Empowerment
MOVE is an NGO registered with the Ministry of Economy that aims to enhance socio-economic development in the most backward areas of Afghanistan. The victims of the war were youth, women, and children Therefore, to enable all communities to make choices about the way that they want their country to be governed and lead a prosperous future.
In response to this MOVE Organization came to light by indigenous professionals living in the country and Diaspora to engage in the protection of human rights, humanitarian issues, developments, reducing GBV cause, avoiding teenager working, and Capacity Buildings with action research based on the participatory approach by all the levels of the community on their priorities for the future through MOVE. MOVE Organization aims to tackle the humanitarian crisis including droughts and disaster prevention and also develops community basic social Services needs and creates employment opportunities and income generation projects for the Youth, Women, IDPs, returnees, Host community, and poor rural communities to reduce the level of poverty and contribute National Development Goals, and also lead them to Viable Empowerment future. MOVE Organization also provides training, research, community coordination, reconciliation in the communities to avoid war and culture, ethnic conflicts, and Capacity Building to Local Authorities and Civil Society in supporting Good Governance within the Local Authorities and Community initiatives and advocacy protection for all human beings to create a Positive environment and develop society, Politically, throughout the nation.

MOVE mandates to work with the community for a good Viable, empowered environment and supports women, men, and children on how to be part of a good environment and their roles in how to have a good and better environment such as:

- Promote gender diversity to reduce violence
- Mentorship and sponsorship programs for female and youth support
- Professional development to be part of their community
- Safe and inclusive environment for women and children
- Appreciate their achievements to encourage them for a good future
- Reduce gender conflict, GBV causes, and cultural intellectual about females' work and education countrywide

Mission
Move
MOVE mission is to empower marginalized communities in support of humanitarian institutions where possible approaches for women peasants, children, and vulnerable groups can undertake to sustain standards of life for integrity and mainstream. MOVE is looking forward to bringing Mercy and Viable Empowerment by:
- Support women in (skills development, economic support, marketing for female businesses, and being part of their comminutes).
- Preparing presentations and acknowledging them in (literacy, GBV, Child and women’s Harassment, and human, women, and children rights).
- Give them training in (Education, advocacy, and Proper skills training for Females who could work in their communities and give them training on how to be part of a family and community).
- One of MOVE's biggest missions will be to encourage all teenagers and youth to education, knowledge, and technology, and acknowledge and avoid them from drugs, war, illegal immigration, and most important breaking the law and crime.
- MOVE will always try to create opportunities for education, a safe environment, job security, and a Viable empowered future.
